By accessing or using Relaro ("the Service"), operated at relaro.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Relaro is a no-code CRM/BPM platform that allows businesses to build custom workflows, manage entities and records, automate processes, and collaborate within workspaces. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, marketplace applications, and related features.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create within the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service. We will not access your data except as necessary to operate the platform, provide support at your request, or comply with legal obligations.
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing access, roles, and permissions within their workspace. The platform provides tools for access control, audit logging, and member management.
Workspace administrators may invite, remove, block, or unblock members. Actions taken by administrators are logged in the workspace audit log.
The Service provides APIs and webhook integrations. You are responsible for securing your API keys and for any actions performed through your API credentials. API usage is subject to rate limits.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow recovery, then permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
