Lead comes in
Client calls or fills a form. A new order is created and auto-assigned to a salesperson.

Measurement scheduled
Salesperson moves the deal to "Measurement". The measurer gets auto-assigned and notified. Client gets an SMS.

Production & installation
After approval, the order moves to production. When ready — the installer sees it on their schedule.

Invoice & payment
Installation complete → accountant gets notified → invoice sent → payment tracked.
